What products and supplement companies do you use?

I commonly recommend products from Systemic Formulas, Dr. Christopher's Herbal Health Care, Just Ingredients, and essential oil products. Recommendations are individualized based on each person's needs and goals.

What is muscle testing?

Muscle testing is a wellness assessment tool I use as part of a holistic approach to understanding the body's areas of stress and support needs.

During a session, I may gently apply pressure to your outstretched arm while evaluating various supplements, nutrients, or wellness protocols. Changes in muscle response may help guide decisions regarding which products, combinations, or dosing levels may be most supportive for your body at that time.

Muscle testing is used alongside a thorough health history, discussion of symptoms, lifestyle factors, and wellness goals. It is intended as a tool for wellness education and personalized support and is not used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Because every person is unique, muscle testing can help create a more individualized wellness plan rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to supplementation.
